• Availability is not guaranteed until deposit/payment is received
• Promotional offers may change or expire at any time
• Additional fees (taxes, port fees, fuel surcharges) may apply

By providing payment information, you authorize Fueled By Journeys, LLC to process payments on your behalf with travel suppliers.

• Payments are processed directly by the supplier
• Charges will appear under the supplier name on your statement
• Payment authorization is governed by our secure processing standards

All bookings are subject to supplier cancellation policies.

We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your investment.

Travel insurance is not included unless purchased. We strongly recommend coverage for:

• Trip cancellation or interruption
• Medical emergencies
• Travel delays or disruptions

Fueled By Journeys, LLC and Avoya Travel act solely as intermediaries. We are not responsible for:

• Supplier errors, cancellations, or changes
• Travel delays, weather, or unforeseen events
• Loss, injury, or damages during travel

To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the services directly provided by our agency.
